Return Policy
WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. WE WILL GLADLY ISSUE YOU STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF AN E-GIFT CARD TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE. STORE CREDIT CAN BE USED IMMEDIATELY AND EXPIRES 1 YEAR FROM ISSUED DATE.
Please note that regular priced unworn items are eligible for store credit. You have 5 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. Once your request is submitted, we must receive your order back within 7 business days. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All items must be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit.
Any worn or damaged items will be returned to sender.
Store credits are valid for a 6 months. Store credits will be emailed to you, once your return is quality controlled and approved. We will update you every step of the way (via email). Please allow 2 business days for returns to be processed. We will email you when the return is received and within processing.
Sew Gorg is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returns whatsoever. The Customer is responsible for all fees associated with the transit of the item(s).
There is a $25 restocking fee.
Exchanges will follow the same policy as returns, you may use your store credit to apply towards your exchange.
